盾构隧道壁后注浆作用机理的计算研究 被引量:23

摘要 盾构隧道在壁后注浆初期,支护结构既要承受围岩的压力又要承受注浆的压力,浆液凝固后,支护结构则主要承受围岩的压力。为了分析注浆的这种作用机理,以北京市地铁五号线试验段为例,运用FLAC3D2.0,结合盾构隧道壁后注浆的受力特点进行二次开发,对盾构隧道壁后注浆的作用机理进行了研究,探讨了壁后注浆对支护结构和围岩的受力、变形影响的规律性,并据此提供了一种合理确定壁后注浆压力的方法。 During the initial stages of back-filled grouting, the supporting nsystem suffers both the pressure of grouting and the pressure of country rock. After the liquid has frozen, the main pressure of supporting system comes from country rock. In order to analyze this kind of mechanism of grouting, this paper takes No. five subway that is tested as an example, exerts 3DFLAC program which is exploited through combining the back--filled grouting features of shield tunnel to study the mechanism of grouting, discusses the regularity of distortion and pressure both supporting system and country rock. According to this kind of mechanism, it also provides a reasonable method to determine the grouting pressure.
