水平连铸灰铸铁型材疲劳裂纹扩展速率的研究

Work on Expanding Rate of Fatigue Crack of Grey Cast Iron Bar Section Produced by Horizontal Continuous Casting

在相同的断裂强度因子Ｋ的条件下，低Ｓｉ（２．２％）时的水平连铸灰铸铁型材的疲劳裂纹扩展速率与砂型铸造ＨＴ３００的基本相同。随着Ｓｉ含量的增加，水平连铸灰铸铁型材的疲劳裂纹扩展速率下降。

With the same rupture strength factor K the fatiguecrack expanding rate of low Si(2. 2%) grey cast iron bar section by horizontal continuous casting is the same as that of sand casting HT300. A decrease of expanding rate of fatigue crack of grey cast iron bar section produced by horizontal continuous casting is with the increase of Si content.
