摘要
在相同的断裂强度因子K的条件下,低Si(2.2%)时的水平连铸灰铸铁型材的疲劳裂纹扩展速率与砂型铸造HT300的基本相同。随着Si含量的增加,水平连铸灰铸铁型材的疲劳裂纹扩展速率下降。
With the same rupture strength factor K the fatiguecrack expanding rate of low Si(2. 2%) grey cast iron bar section by horizontal continuous casting is the same as that of sand casting HT300. A decrease of expanding rate of fatigue crack of grey cast iron bar section produced by horizontal continuous casting is with the increase of Si content.
