当前,我国正处于工业化、城镇化的加速发展阶段,如果继续沿用粗放型的经济增长方式,资源将难以为继,环境将不堪重负。应大力发展循环经济,开展循环经济宣传教育,增强全民的资源和环境意识;加快制定我国循环经济发展战略,建立促进循环经济发展的法规制度体系,依靠技术进步为其提供有力的技术支撑;建立良好的运营机制,构建资源节约型社会。

Nowadays, our country is being in the period of industrialization and townffy development. If we continue to use this extensive pattern for economic growth, resource will be hard to continually last and environment also can not able to stand this heavy burden. So we should develop circulating economy vigorously, carry out the economic propagative education. Try to strengthen the environmental consciousness for our country＇s circulating economy and establish the legal system promotes circulating economy to develop. Relay on technical advance to offer strong technologic sustain： Make an excellent operation mechanism to finally found the resource economical society.
