Review of Chinese MBO

MBO在我国从轰轰烈烈的改革排头兵变成而今人人喊打的过街老鼠。其原因在于MBO是我国历史所造成的产权问题的解决方法之一,它在满足一部分人利益的同时也必然会违背另一群人的利益,因此在没有找到合理解决产权问题的途径以前,任何形式上的尝试都是空谈。MBO的失败只是一个果,而这个果的因是经济问题,是制度缺陷的问题,更深层的背景是个政治问题。MBO是必然的潮流,所以堵不如导,但也有时导又不如不导,只有看淡MBO的形式,积极解决相关的问题,才是有利于长远的大计。

In China, MBO- from the very beginning state that is applauded by all pexsons to conspued by everyone today, it has gone through a trernendous change. The factor to result in this change is that MBO is one of solution of property right which caused by national history, it satisfied a part of group for their benefit, at the same time also necessarily violated other group to get their profit. Therefore, before founding an effective channel to solve the problem of property fight, any nominal attempt is just empty talk. The failure of MBO is only a result, the causation is that we should pay attention to, that is the problem of economy, the system defect even at the background it is political problem. MBO is an inevitable trend, So compared with obsrtucting, we would rather to promote, but sometimes doing so seems no meaningful. So only think little of its form and throw ourselves into solving the related problem can just be helpful for long term important program.
