摘要
本文对绿玉树经不同诱变途径获得的材料进行了抗寒性研究,通过观察其形态结构、叶绿体、线粒体等超微结构及测定膜的透性变化,了解绿玉树形态结构、细胞结构与抗寒性之间的关系。结果表明:低温处理会使植物在形态及细胞结构上发生相应的变化;经60Co-γ辐射或EMS诱变处理后用HYP筛选出的突变体和经秋水仙碱处理获得的多倍体的抗寒性较强。这对抗寒性育种有一定参考价值。
Cold- resistance of materials mutated by different ways was studied comparatively. Based on observing the morphological structure, determining membrane permeability, observing the ultra- structure of chlorophyll and mitochondrion, the relations between the cold- resistance and cell structure, morphological structure base were discussed. The results showed that low temperature treatment led to change in morphological and cellar structure. HYP- resistant mutant shoots selected with HYP after treaded with chemical mutagen EMS or exposed to ^60Co-γ rays and multi- shoots gained by chemical colchicine doubling had higher capacity of cold resistance than the normal shoots. Above mentioned studies provide the theory and techniques for cold resistance breeding.
