本文综述了分子标记在麻类作物物种演化及亲缘关系、遗传多样性、标记辅助选择和遗传图谱的构建上的应用,并展望了分子标记在麻类作物上的研究。

This paper is a summary of the applications of molecular marker techniques in identifying phylogenetic process and relatedness for a certain taxon of bast fiber crops, studying genetic diversity and marker- assisted selection（MAS）, constructing genetic maps as well as a forecast of the prospect of the application of molecular markers in bast fiber crops study.
