The wiring data records for the power communication network is getting more and more in Hengshui, and the confusional state of wiring data record have weaken the supervision, and effected the normal maintenance, construction and the efficiency of technical reconstruction directly. This article starts from the analyzing factors of influencing the record accuracy of wiring, through explaining and analyzing the original procedure of wiring, the related map of wiring are drawn, the key factors of influencing the accuracy are found out, and then the func-tions of management system are perfected. The checking of data record and training system are increased. The accuracy of data record of wiring has been effectively improved.
