本文报告１８个医疗单位推广应用幽门再造式胃大部切除术３４５例．全组１１７例（３３．９％）有术前并发症，３０例（８．７％）术后有出血、饱胀、呕吐等并发症，７例（２．０％）再次手术。但第二阶段（１９９０－）术后并发症及再手术率明显降低（３．４％，６／１７８，１．１％，２／１７８）。全组无吻合口漏，无手术死亡。表明该术式是治疗胃十二指肠溃疡有效、安全、简便的术式．为减少吻合口梗阻发生率，我们强调术中应准确量取吻合口宽度及完善止血等要点。

Three hundred fouty-five cases with remadcpylorus gastrectomy(RPG)performed in 18hospitals were reported.The pre-and postoperative complication rate Were33.9%(117/345)and 8.7%(30/345) respectively,the reoperation rate was 2.0%(7/345).There were no operative death and anastomotic leakage.The postoperative morbidity rate(3.3K,6/178)and reo'Perstive rate(1.1,2/178)in the pened aftel 1990 were much lower thai those in the Period of 1987-1989.It wss concluded thatRPG was an effective, safe and simple method dealing with gastroduodenal ulcer.Inorder to decreasethe anastomotic obstruction the authors emphasized that the width of the anastomosis should be measured correctly and the bleeding in the seromuscular graft and mucous membrane valve should bestopped perfectly.
