近红外线扫描诊断乳房疾病

Experience of infra-red scanning in the diagnosis of breast diseases

作者报告自１９９２年４月以来，用近红外线扫描仪共检查６１７３人。近红外线扫描不但能识别出乳房的良、恶性肿瘤，还能鉴别出不同的乳房疾患。作者将手术病人近红外线检查与病理诊断做了比较，又将近红外线检查结果与Ｂ超及Ｘ线检查作了比较，认为近红外线检查对乳腺癌的诊断可靠性仅次于病理切片检查，而明显高于Ｂ超及Ｘ线检查。

Aince april 1992,infra-red scanning(IRS)was made on 6173 patients forbreast diseases with special reference to differentiate the malignant from benign diseases.In compared with mammography.B ultrasound and pathology, the diagnostic accuracy of IRS is significantly superior to mammography and B ultrasound except patholo--'gy,which is of primary accuracy.
