摘要
采用实物物理试验的方法,研究了某轿车倒挡圆柱齿轮在低幅载荷作用下轮齿弯曲疲劳强度和疲劳寿命的强化特性,证实了低幅应力内存在一个强化载荷区域和最佳强化次数。经过低幅载荷强化,该齿轮轮齿的弯曲疲劳强度提高了3.97%,弯曲疲劳寿命提高了109%。在试验结果的基础上,得到了该齿轮轮齿弯曲疲劳强度、弯曲疲劳寿命随低载强化次数和强化载荷变化的函数关系。
Experiments on real gears were conducted to investigate the increase of bend fatigue strength and life for gear teeth under low amphtude loads. A best strengthening loao ana life region are showed in this experiment. By strengthening under low amplitude loading, bend fatigue strength and life of gear teeth can be increased by 3.97 and 109 percents, respectively. Based on the experimental results, the relationships between bend fatigue strength, life of the gear teeth and strengthening loads as well as strengthening cycles are obtained.
