SiC_p-Al复合材料蠕变断裂与空洞生长

CREEP FRACTURE PROCESS COUPLED WITH CAVITATION IN SiC_p-Al COMPOSITE

摘要 结合图像分析技术和固体力学原理,对复合材料蠕变断裂试样进行了定量研究,解析出有效蠕变应变。结果表明,在复合材料蠕变断口部位,空洞体积分数与有效应变成指数关系,在快速蠕变阶段空洞生长由塑性变形控制.所述测试原理方法也适用于其他含有空洞材料的塑性变形研究. Creep fractured surface of SiC_p-Al composite was quantitatively analyzed by employing image processing technique and solid mechanics principles, and the effective creep strain was determined. It was found that there is exponential relationship between cavity volume fraction and effective creep strain in the vicinity of fracture surface, which elucidates that the cavity growth during tertiary creep stage was controlled by plastic deformation. The presented testing principle and method could be applied to other plastically deformed materials containing cavities.
