摘要
以圆柱齿轮变速箱为例对虚拟样机技术、仿真技术进行了深入的分析研究,提出了实施虚拟样机的技术路线和具体的实现步骤,研究了三维建模软件Pro/E与动力学仿真分析软件AD-AMS之间的接口技术,成功实现二者的联合仿真,为以后的产品设计开发提供了好的借鉴方法。
Regarded the parallel gear box as an example, had deep researched on the technology of YP(Virtual Prototyping) and Simulation, put forward the technology way and the concrete realization procedure in implementing VP, studied the interface technology between the 3 - dimension modeling software - Pro/E and dynamic simulation & analysis software - ADAMS, realized successfully the cooperating simulation of the both, offered a good way for the product designing and developing in the future.
