Analysis and Countermeasure for the Crack on Sintered Carbide Tool in Welding and Grinding

目前硬质合金焊接刀具已广泛应用于机械加工行业,但在焊接和刃磨过程中容易产生裂纹和开裂,影响正常生产,增加成本,通过对硬质合金焊接与刃磨产生裂纹的原因分析,提出了相应的解决办法。

Sintered carbide tool is widely used in machining nowadays. But in the welding and grinding of this kind of tool, it is easy to make cracks on tools. This affect the normal manufacturing process and cost much. The paper analyzed the reason that the cracks are produced in the welding and grinding of sintered carbide tool and presented some methods to solve the problem.
