Method of Solving the Trouble of Jig's air Valve Which is Used in BATAC Lump Coal Jig Manufactured in Germany

通过对德国BATAC块煤跳汰机旋转风阀的结构和工作原理进行分析,对选煤厂实际使用中存在的故障进行了研究,提出了具体的解决方法:调整叶片的下沿间隙,不必调轴肩与轴承接触的垫片。

The thesis is about the problem of the rotating air valve which is used in BATAC lump coal jig manufactured in Germany. By studying the structure and the working principle of the valve as well as the malfunction type during its operation, the author gives an idea of solving the trouble, and the detailed process by adjusting the lower gap of the flake of the washers between the shaft shoulder and bearing.
