摘要
介绍了南京通用电气公司生产的BTQ-300型本体气脉冲在线除灰装置的工作原理、特点及其在渭河电厂300 MW燃煤机组上的应用情况,列出了该装置在渭河电厂6#炉现场试验的结果和检查情况,并根据试验结果进行了效益分析,得出了渭河电厂6#尾部受热面上的积灰被有效清除,锅炉排烟温度下降13.75℃,年节约煤款300万元左右的结论。
In this paper, the principle and characteristics of on - line gas pulse ash removal device manufactured by Nanjing General Electrical Company were introduced as well as its applications on 300MW coal - fired boiler in Weihe Power Plant. The on - site testing result and the check on 6^# boiler were presented and the achievements were analyzed based on these results. It came to the conclusion that the deposit on rear heating surface of 6^# boiler was removed effectively and the temperature of the discharged flue gas was decreased by 13.75 ℃ with a coal saving of ¥3 million RMB each year.
