新一轮土地利用总体规划专题设计研究——以大连市为例

A RESEARCH ON NEWLY GENERAL LAND-USE PLANNING AND DESIGN OF THE SPECIAL TOPICS

针对新一轮土地利用总体规划修编面临的特殊背景,提出为修编大纲、修编方案起到支撑作用的专题研究项目和内容设定的基本原则,并据此提出系统的专题研究项目设定方案。研究的结论对于指导市(地)级土地利用总体规划修编专题研究项目拟定、各专题研究计划任务书的起草具有一定的指导意义。

This paper arranges to the special background of the new land use planning. It puts forward basic principles of special study and correlation content, which play a supported role to renew the general outline and renew the scheme. And bases on which, we bring forward the system＇special study item scheme. And the conclusion study has certain directive guidance significance to study of renew the research subject of the city land use planning and draft out kinds of the research plan assignment.
