D-半乳糖在小鼠上诱导的拟脑老化效应 被引量:170

摘要 小鼠scD-半乳糖50和500mg·kg-1·d-1×6wk,游泳迷宫作业训练成绩降低:皮层和海马神经元C-fos,H-ras原癌基因杂交效率和核仁组织区染色能力下降,神经元核浆面积比值,细胞密度,总蛋白和核酸含量下降。上述结果与老龄小鼠所见吻合,提示在D-半乳糖诱导下产生了拟脑老化效应。 The present results observed in mice treated with D-galactose(D-Gal,50 and 500 mg·kg-1·d-1 sc,6 wk)indicated that:1 D-Gal(50 mg·kg-1) diminished the number of correct response inswimming maze performance 2. The in RNA levelsof C-fos and H-ras as well as the intensity ofargyrophilic stain of nucleolus organizer region(AgNoR)of cortical and hippocampus neurons inD-Gal treated mice were decreased. 3.Thenucleus/plasma ratio, neuronal density, the contentsof total protein and RNA in neurons of cortex andhippocampus were decreased.In aged mice,the results also suggest s decreasedtranscription activity shown by above describedparameters except for C-fos mRNA level.N/P ratio and total RNA content in hippocampus neurons.It is concluded that the mimetic brain aging effecthas been induced by D-galactose injection.
