The control system of rapping device for cleaning out ash is a key tache of coal gasification equipment for assuring the running normally of the technical process.The system based on PLC can make the rapping-off-ash process run reliably and effectively.In ths paper,the working principle of rapping device is introduced,control demand is analyzed,and the realization technique of this control system in hardware configuration and software programming is specified.
