基于C167的分散式工业容错系统设计

摘要 提出了一种基于C167的分散式工业容错系统,该系统采用了硬件冗余与解析冗余相结合的实现方法。硬件的冗余可以较好地实现主控制器的间歇性与永久性故障,保证系统的稳定性。而解析冗余的引入可以对系统中的传感器故障与执行器故障进行很好的容错控制,能够进一步增强系统的稳定性与安全性。 A distributed industrial fault tolerant system based on C167 microcontroller is brought forward in this paper. Hardware redundance and analytical redundance are joined together to achieve the system performance. In the system, hardware redundance can tolerant both transient and permanent failures of the main controller. Simultaneously, analytical redundance can tolerant both sensor failures and actuator failures commendably. The combination of the two methods can further increase the reliability and safety of the system.
