介绍了采用计算机控制系统实现干燥氢氧化铝的自动控制。介绍了有关计算机主要研究开发内容和控制系统的结构、工作原理、可靠性和故障处理等。对比传统设备,该系统具有传热效率高、能量消耗低、干燥时间短和可靠性高等优点。工业生产中计算机控制干燥氢氧化铝设备可替代传统设备。
The computer controlling system adopted in the drying device of AI(OH )3 is introduced. The structure, working principle, reliability and treatment of trouble etc. of the system are also introduced. Compared with the traditional drying device, the new system has the advantages of high heat -transfer efficiency,low energy consumption, short drying time and high operating reliability.
