Creditable Genetic Algorithm Designing

论述了评价标准不一致是目前遗传算法研究领域中普遍存在的问题,探讨了遗传算法客观评判准则的问题,给出了客观评判准则存在的充分条件,并分析了客观评判准则是否具有可信性以及是否对关键参数敏感等问题,进一步提出了可信遗传算法设计的概念,给出了可信遗传算法的设计流程。最后,以旅行商问题为例,对文章提出的概念和流程做了进一步说明。

Analyze the ubiquitous disagreement in evaluating the performance of different genetic algorithms for the same optimization problems, propose the concept of objective criterion of genetic algorithms and discuss the sufficient condition of the objective criterion of genetic algorithms for a given problem. Then, the concept and the design flow of creditable genetic algorithms are put forward. Finally, employing the TSP problem as an example, we give further explanations about the new concepts and flow in this paper.
