摘要
依布硒琳(Ebs)是一种具有过氧化物酶样活性的含硒有机化合物,本文以阿霉素处理的BALB/c小鼠为模型研究了Ebs的保护作用.结果表明Ebs能够减少阿霉素诱发的心肌脂质过氧化物的形成并提高机体谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶与脂质过氧化物的比值,防止阿霉素对心脏脂质过氧化损伤的毒性;同时测定血清肌酸激酶和谷草转氨酶活性,发现Ebs也能保护组织免受阿霉素的损伤.
Ebselen(2-phenyl-1,2-benzoiso-selenazol-3(2H)-onc,PZ 51) s a seleno-organic-com-pound with peroxidase-like activity. We tested theantioxidative effect of ebselen on doxorubicin(Dox)-induced in vivo toxicity in BALB/c mice.Thedata showcd that ebsclen can reduce the formation oflipid peroxides induced by Dox in heart and preventthe increase of creatine kinase and glutamic oxalacetictransaminase activities in serum. These results demon-strated that ebselen protects against Dox-induced lipidperoxidation in heart and Dox-induced toxicity in gen-eral,as measured by total serum creadne kinase andglutamic oxalacetic transan1 inase activities.
