光纤数据量化器中一种峰峰值检测电路的设计

Design of a Circuit with Vp-p Detect in Fiber-optic Data Quantizer

文章介绍了一种用于光纤数据量化器中的峰峰值检测电路的设计,针对光纤数据量化器性能的提高,采用了一种类似于模拟乘法器的双差分结构,并详细分析了这种双差分结构峰峰值检测电路的设计原理,给出了不同情况下的Cadence仿真波形。目前,该峰峰值检测电路已经应用于一种传输速率为80MBd的光纤数据量化器中。

This paper introduced a kind of Fiber-optic Data Quantizer which is designed for signal recovery applications in fiber-optic receiver systems. A Dual Differential Pair topology is applied in the design of the Vp-p detect circuit and the principle of it is analyzed thoroughly. In the end, the simulation graphs are showed to prove the conclusions gained in this paper.
