半导体飞片系统的计算机仿真

摘要 介绍了半导体飞片系统的原理及特点。对该系统进行了数值模拟研究,分析并讨论了三种数学模型,并与实测速度进行了比较,二者符合得很好,为优化设计半导体飞片系统提供了理论依据。该系统对推进高新技术弹药的发展有重要意义。随着信息技术的发展,它将成为新一代飞片系统。 The principle and characteristics of Semiconductor flyer system was introduced in this paper. The numerical simulation of Semiconductor flyer system was studied. Three mathematical models were analysed and discussed. The calculated results were compared with the experimental data. They fit well. Theoretical bases are provided for optimization design Semiconductor flyer system. Therefore insensitive munitions, especially Hi-Tech munitions technique progress is impelled. It can be new system with development of information technology,
