摘要
时间幅度变换器(TAC)广泛应用于核电子技术中的时间信息分析,它是通过将所输入的起始和停止信号的时间间隔变换成幅度大小与之成线性关系的模拟脉冲,以实现对时间的测量。阐述了时间幅度变换器的基本原理和据此所研制的一种由高速集成电路组成的新型TAC的电路设计。
TAC(Time-to-Amplitude Converter) is widely applied to time information analysis in the fields of nuclear electronic technology, and it measures nuclear time by generating an analog output pulse whose peak amplitude is linearly proportional to the time interval between a START and STOP input pulse pair. This paper states the basic principle of TAC and the design of a new type of TAC composed of high speed Integrated circuit.
