复方三生口服液中总生物碱提取工艺的实验研究

Experimental study on the process of total alkaloidal for Fufang Sansheng oral liquid

目的:优选复方三生口服液的最佳水提工艺。方法:采用均匀试验,以总生物碱含量为指标考查水提工艺条件。结果:确定其优化条件为12倍药材量水/次,2h/次共煮提4次。结论:优选出的最佳工艺条件经验证其结果稳定,指标性成分含量高,可用于投入生产。

Objective： To determine the optimal watering extraetion process of Fufang Sansheng oral liquid. Methods： The uniform design was adopted to observe the extraction process of the content of total alkaloids. Results： The optimal watering extraction process of Fufang Sansheng oral liquid was that water, 12 times as much as the drugs, was added and the mixture was extracted 4 times within 2 hours＇ boiling for each time. Conclusions： The repeated experimental results were stable, and the contents of components required as markers were high. The optimal conditions could be used for production on large scale.
