间羟胺在阵发性室上性心动过速中的治疗作用

Observation of 15 cases of paroxysmal supravent-ricular tachycardia treated with aramine

目的:观察间羟胺在阵发性室上性心动过速(PSVT)中的治疗作用。方法:观察我科2003～2004年两年间的PSVT15例,经物理刺激迷走神经转律失败后使用间羟胺静滴转复的治疗作用。结果:15例全部转复为正常窦性心律。结论:间羟胺通过收缩外周血管使血压升高,反射性兴奋迷走神经从而减缓心率达到转复PSVT的目的。

Objective： To discuss the curative effect of aramine treatment on paroxysmal supravent-ricular tachycardia （PSVT）. Methods： First, physiotherapy was given to these 15 cases, while fail, aramine was adminstered half an hour later. Results： All cases changed to normal sinus rhythm. Conclusions： The curative effect of aramine treatment on PSVT is certain.
