乌体林斯、干扰素联合治疗反复呼吸道感染疗效观察

Clinical observation of utilins and interferon in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection

目的:观察乌体林斯、干扰素联合治疗反复呼吸道感染的临床疗效。方法:66例反复呼吸道感染患儿随机分治疗组33例和对照组33例,治疗组在对照组常规治疗基础上加用乌体林斯及干扰素联合治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率(100%)明显优于对照组(78.79%),有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:乌体林斯、干扰素联合治疗反复呼吸道感染疗效明显。

Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of utilins and interferon in the treatment of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection （RRTI）. Methods： 66 cases of children with recurrent respiratory tract infection were randomly divided into two groups, 33 cases in control group and 33 cases in treatment group. In addition to the normal treatment, utilins and interferon were given in the treatment group. Results： The total effective rate of the treatment group （100%） is significantly better than that of the control group （78.79%） （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusions： Utilins and interferon were effective in treatment of children with RRTI.
