摘要
对人才派遣机制作了分析,主要谈了八个问题,即人才派遣的涵义;人才派遣的优势:人才派遣的适用范围;人才派遣的主要形式:人才派遣的办理程序;人才派遣的服务内容;人才派遣的服务机构;人才派遣存在的主要问题,并提出这一机制将对深化用工制度改革发挥积极有效的促进作用。
this paper presents an analysis on talent dispatch system from eight aspects: meaning of talent dispatch; advantages of talent dispatch: applicable scope of talent dispatch; the main form of talent dispatch: working procedure of talent dispatch; service content of talent dispatch; service agency of talent dispatch and the main problems of talent dispatch. It is also pointed out that this mechanism will play an active role in further reform process of employment system.
