Designed technique and realization of workshop management subsystem under iS-ERP circumstance combined with SCM

着重讨论了面向家纺企业的iS-ERP系统中的车间管理子系统,目的是帮助家纺企业解决车间的管理和调度问题.从系统业务流程、功能两个方面重点介绍了它的设计方案,并也详细介绍了以模板开发它的实现方法技术.结果证明此子系统不仅可以作为iS-ERP的一个重要组成部分,而且也可以自成体系,并很好地继承和延续了iS-ERP系统的特点,也是一个基于B/S体系结构、与平台无关、具有较好的延展性和鲁棒性,并与供应链相结合的完美系统.应用数据结果显示此系统具有较强的实用性,并有广阔的应用前景.

In order to help textile enterprises solve workshop management and scheduling problem, the article emphatically describes and discusses the workshop management subsystem in iSERP facing to textile enterprises, and introduces its designed technique from the following two facets-its business flow and function. At the end of the paper, its realized method based on template is introduced. Results suggest that it not only inherits and continue iS-ERP characteristics, but also become a system itself, and is also such a perfect system which is based on B/S structure and platform-independent and robust and combined with SCM. Applied data results show that it has better practicability.
