摘要
本文提出了用均匀设计对UPVC型材和管材的配方进行研究,重点研究纳米碳酸钙及其他四种添加剂对材质的流变性能和力学性能的影响.具体地介绍了用好格子点法构造均匀设计表的原理,选择均匀设计表U10*(108)安排试验,取得有效数据,利用Statistics统计软件包,采用回归分析方法建立了数学模型,最后根据回归结果分析了纳米碳酸钙及其他4种添加剂对各指标的影响,获得最佳配方.
The paper studied formulation of UPVC pipe and fitting with uniform design,and emphasized on influence of nano calcium carbonate and four kinds of additive on rheologieal property and mechanical properties of UPVC. The paper further introduced principle of establishment of uniform design table by using of good lattice point method, obtained data through the experiment designed with uniform design table U10^* (108), and analyzed the resulting data with Statistics software. The mathematic model had been established with liner regression, and influence of nano calcium carbonate and four kinds of additive on rheologieal property and mechanical properties of UPVC was discussed based on the liner regression results, and finally the best formulation of UPVC pipe and fitting was introduced.
