摘要
从包含五次非线性项的扩展非线性薛定谔方程出发,从理论上推导出包含五次非线性系数的啁啾表达式,以高斯脉冲为例,发现五次非线性效应对啁啾的影响与脉冲的初始啁啾、光纤的损耗系数、入射光场的峰值功率和脉冲传输距离等诸多因素有关,在其它参数给定的情况下,重点考虑了五次非线性效应对啁啾的影响特性。研究结果表明,五次非线性效应可以减小啁啾,让啁啾极值点向脉冲两侧漂移,选择合适五次非线性系数的光纤,并与其它参数相匹配,可以使脉冲中心附近相当宽的区域出现净啁啾等于零或近似等于零的现象。
In the paper , we derive an analytic expression of the chirp including the effect of quintic nonlinearity on the chirp properties from extended nonlinear Sehrodinger equation. As an example of Cause pulse, The result shows: the effect of quintic nonlinearity on the chirp depends on the initial chirp, the fiber loss, and the peak power of the light field, And the effect of quintic nonlinearity can let the chirp smaller, let the extreme value of the chirp to move to the both sides of the pulse and let the quite wide net chirp equals to be zero or to be zero approximately in the central region of the pulse when the fiber with reasonably quintie nonlinearity is chosen.
