秘灵王对乙型肝炎病人的免疫调整效应

Immunoregulatory effect of MLW on patients with hepatitis B

作者用复方中药制剂──秘灵王治疗乙型肝炎患者１３例，正常人１０例，治疗前、治疗中、治疗后的免疫学指标和ＨＢＶｍ检查发现，秘灵王具有促进乙型肝炎病人外周血单个核细胞对ＰＨＡ的增殖反应、外周血单个核细胞生成ＩＬ一２水平、降低乙肝病人血浆中ｓＩＬ一２Ｒ的作用。在秘灵王治疗的１３例患者中经ＨＢＶｍ检查和临床症状观察，有４例痊愈，５例有效。初步说明秘灵王具有免疫调整效应和抑制乙肝病毒作用。

In the paper,immunologic parameters and clinic parameters were observed in 13 pa-tients with hepatitis B during they were treated with compound MLW.The results indicated that theresponse of peripheral blood mononuclear cells(PBMC)to PHA was enhanced;the level of plasmasIL一2R was decreased;the IL一2 activity of PBMC was increased.The clinic detection of HBVmshow that 4 of 13 patients were recovered completely;the drug was effective in 5 cases.The above re-sults explained the immunoregulatory and anti-viruses effect of MLW.
