关于当代大学生职业生涯规划的思考

Consideration of the Career Plans of Contemporary College Students

结合大学生职业生涯规划现状,提出帮助大学生进行职业生涯规划的具体措施:首先大学生要树立和增强职业生涯规划意识;其次学校应承担起对大学生进行职业生涯规划指导的责任;同时建立和发展职业咨询机构,培养更多职业规划师。

Combining the status quo of college students＇ career plan, this paper proposes the following measures to help college students with better career plans： first college students should build up their awareness of career plan; secondly, colleges and universities should shoulder the responsibility of directing and guiding the career plans for college students; lastly professional consultation organization should be set up and developed and more career planners should be cultivated.
