摘要
目的研究中药巴戟天对晶状体醛糖还原酶(AR)的抑制作用,以期找到一种治疗糖性白内障的中药。方法提取了中药巴戟天水溶性成分,以比色法检测其对大鼠和猪的晶状体醛糖还原酶的抑制作用。结果①本实验制备的酶液的比活性分别为:猪晶状体0.166μmol.min-1.mg-1protein,大鼠晶状体0.82μmol.min-1.mg-1protein;②巴戟天对猪晶状体醛糖还原酶的半数抑制浓度(IC50)为25 mg.L-1,对大鼠晶状体醛糖还原酶的IC50为46 mg.L-1。结论中药巴戟天水溶性成分对大鼠和猪晶状体醛糖还原酶有抑制作用。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of Radix Morindae Officinalis on lens aldose reductase in the hope of finding a traditional medicinal herb to control diabetic cataract. Methods Water- soluble component of Radix Morindae Officinalis was prepared and screened for the inhibitory effect on lens aldose reductase (AR). Results ①Enzyme activity for pig and rat lens AR was 0.166 and 0.82 μmol· min^-1· mg^-1 protein, respectively. ②The IC50 value of Radix Morindae Officinalis for pig and rat lens AR was 25 and 46 mg· L^-1, respectively. Conclusion The water-soluble component of Radix Morindae Officinalis has a marked inhibitory effect on pig and rat lens AR.
