舌苔原理的综合实验研究

CONPREHENS1VE EXPERIMENTAL STUDY ON THE PRINCIPLES OF COMMON FURS

本研究从细胞化学、环核苷酸、微量元素、内分泌、植物神经等角度对91例6种病理舌苔和26例正常舌苔者进行舌上皮细胞内LDH(乳酸脱氢酶)、MDH(苹果酸脱氢酶)、G-6-PDH(葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氨酶)、ANAE(酸性非特异性酯酶)、ACP(酸性磷酸酶)、-SH(巯基)、RNA(核糖核酸),唾液微量元素Fe、Zn,唾液游离皮质醇,血浆cAMP、cGMP及植物神经平衡指数等16项指标的同步检测,并进行了各项指标的多元逐步回归分析,以探讨各种常见舌苔形成的原理,并为舌诊和察舌辨证提供客观参考指标。

In order to explore the mechanism of common furs from these aspects of cytochemistry, cyclic nucleotide, trace element, autonomic nerve,suprarenal cortex function and red - cell immune. We have determined the 16 mdixes such as the contents of LDH.MDH.G - 6 -PDH,ANAE,ACP,-SH and RNA in the epithelial cells of common furs. salivary Zn, Fe and cortisal.the cyclic nuclotide of plasma,the balancing index of autonomic nervous system and so on including 91patients and 26 normal cases .moreover .we hare also finished the analysis of multiple linear regression of all the mentioned-above indixes.
