摘要
本文采用中药末梢灵熏洗治疗糖尿病周围神经病变104例,总有效率为98.1％,对照组用维生素B_1、B_(12)肌注和蝮蛇抗栓酶静点治疗104例,总有效率为49.0％,两组比较有极显著差异(P<0.001)。治疗组改善疼痛的治愈率为87.5％,对照组为4.3％。在提高神经传导速度方面治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.01)。动物实验结果表明:中药末梢灵具有镇痛、改善微循环的作用,对皮肤和全身均无过敏反应、无刺激性、无毒副作用。提示末梢灵为治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的有效制剂。
The' article reported the observation results on diabetic peripheral neuropathy treai-eds wirhse Chine medicine 'nm^haoling' fumi-tjant. The results showed that the totally ef-fi-ouve rate of group with ' rnonhaoling' was 91. 8% , that of the control group with Vitamin BI . HI;, injected and Agkisfrodom halys tlirom-bolysis intravenous dripped was 49. OX-.the difference befween two groups was significante (P<CO. 001). the improvement rate of pain in observed group was 87. 5Xs.th.at of control group was 4. 3%, the improvement of nerve conductive velocity of observed group was better than that of control group(P<0. 01). The experimental results showed that' moshaoling' -had analgesic effect and improved the microcirculatiori. it had no allergic react ion, stimulation toxic and side effects. All these suggested that' moshaaling' was the effective medicine for treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy.
