枕部神经的解剖学观测及临床意义

Anatomic study of occipital nerves and its clinical significance

目的:进一步为临床治疗头枕部疼痛提供解剖学基础。方法:在10侧防腐固定的成年头颈部标本上,应用常规的解剖学方法,观测枕大神经、枕小神经以及耳大神经的走行及分布情况。结果:枕大神经和枕小神经重叠分布于枕部,耳大神经和枕小神经重叠分布于颞部和枕外侧。结论:诊疗枕部疼痛时,除了要考虑枕大神经因素外,还要考虑枕小神经因素。

Objective：To provide more anatomical basis for treatment of occipital neuralgia. Methods ：The courses and distribution of greater occipital nerve, lesser occipital nerve and great auricular nerve were observed on 10 specimens. Results：Overlapping distribution in occipital area was formed by greater occipital nerve and lesser occipital nerve, and another overlapping distribution was in lateral occipital and temporal area by lesser occipital nerve and great auricular nerve. Conclusions：Aside from greater occipital nerve, factor of lesser occipital nerve should he considered when diagnosis and treatment for occipital neuralgia.
