摘要
目的研究醚菊酯的合成工艺路线及其对常见卫生害虫杀灭效果.方法对醚菊酯合成文献报道6种方法,进行了分析研究,采用了1种方法在实验室内进行小样合成,并将制得样品进行分析和生物药效考核.结果实验表明,采用此方法均能制得产品.经元素、核磁、红外分析所得数据,实测值与理论值相符.药效试验对家蝇毒力为0.003 1~0.003 9 μg/只;对美洲大蠊为0.046 2~0.049 7μg/只.喷雾杀灭蚊蝇按5 mg/m3,其KT50为8.1~10.8 min.结论采用上述方法合成醚菊酯小样工艺路线可行,所得产品质量符合要求,并有良好杀虫效果.
Objective To study the composition route and efficacy against insects of etofenprox. Methods According to recorded 6 kinds of methods and having experiment with one kind of them, and having analysis on the samples. Results The results showed that the method which was taken could have products. With the data analysed from element, nuclear magnetic resonance and infrared spectrum, the tested data was matched with the theoretical data. The toxicity against Musca domestica was 0. 003 1 - 0. 003 9 μg per piece, and 0. 046 2 - 0. 049 7 μg per piece against Periplaneta americana. Spraying against mosquitoes and flies with the dose of 5 mg./m^3 , the KT50 was 8.1 - 10. 8 min. Conclusion It' s possible to synthesize etofenprox with the method, and the product which reached the quality demands have had good effects against insects.
