摘要
目的了解诸暨市蚊、蝇、蟑螂对二氯苯醚菊酯等7种常用杀虫剂的抗性动态,为杀虫剂使用的选择和优化组合,指导灭蚊、蝇、蟑螂工作的深入开展提供依据。方法药液浸渍法,测定IV龄期蚊幼虫半数致死浓度;点滴法,测定家蝇半数致死量;三角烧瓶药膜法,测定德国小蠊半数击倒时间。结果现场品系对二氯苯醚菊酯等7种常用杀虫剂的抗性倍数分别为:淡色库蚊对敌敌畏7.21、仲丁威1.81、三氯杀虫酯1.39、高效氯氰菊酯3.53、二氯苯醚菊酯5.98;家蝇对敌敌畏11.20、氯氰菊酯25.77、二氯苯醚菊酯14.72;德国小蠊对溴氰菊酯1.68、高效氯氰菊酯2.40、二氯苯醚菊酯2.18。结论现场品系对7种常用杀虫剂存在不同程度的抗药性。
Objective To investigate the resistance of mosquito, fly , cockroach to seven different insecticides and select the better methods for utilizing insecticides, and to instruct the project of preventing and control the mosquito, fly, cockroach in the future. Methods Immersion method was used in the experiment to test medium lethal concentration of the fourth - instar larva of mosquito. Spot method was used to test medium lethal quantity of Musca domestica. The medium-drop time of Blattella germanica was tested by power film in the triangular flask. Results The resistance times of natural strains to seven different insecticides were as following , Culex pipiens pallens to dichlorphos, bassa , acetofenate, high effect cypermthrin, permethrin were 7.21, 1.81,1.39,3.53,5.98 respectively. Musca domestica to dichlorphos, cypermthrin, permethrin were 11.20, 25.77, 14. 72 respectively. Blattella germanica to deltamethrin, high effect cypermthrin, permethrin were 1.68, 2.40, 2. 18 respectively. Conclusion The present experiments show that the natural strains have the resistance to seven different insecticides above.
