NIIT教育模式与我国IT职业教育改革探讨

A Comparative Study on NIIT Modes of Education and Vocational Education Reform of IT in China

印度IT职业教育走在世界前列,NIIT(安艾艾迪)是从事软件生产和IT职业教育的国际性企业。我国的IT职业教育目前正面临就业、生源等困境,处于一个低谷时期。通过对NIIT的IT职业教育模式特点和当前我国IT职业教育问题的对比分析,提出了借鉴NIIT模式来解决我国IT职业教育的问题的初步改革方案。

Nowadays IT vocational education in India is in the leading position in the world. One ot its corporations, NIIT, is one of the multinational corporations engaged in software producing and IT vocational education. But IT vocational education in China faces the problems of employment and students source for schools and it is at the point of bottleneck. This paper deals with the analytical contrast between the modes of IT vocational education of NIIT and the problems existing in vocational education of IT in our country. It points out the essential reform to solve the problems in our education is to use NIIT modes of education for reference at present.
