电子化物流作为一种新的物流实现模式,已成为现代物流业发展的一个新趋势。本文提出了电子化物流的新定义及其内涵,探讨了电子化物流四个方面的功能需求,并对电子化物流各业务系统的组成和每个业务系统的业务功能、业务流程及其实施过程等作了较为详细的分析。

The electronic logistics （e-Logistics）, as a new mode for fulfilling logistics, is becoming a new development trend of modem logistics industry. This paper first provides some representative international definitions of the electronic logistics and puts forward the new definition and the connotations of the electronic logistics and then the author explores the four function demands of the electronic logistics, explains the composition of the business systems of the electronic logistics, and finally analyses in detail the business functions, business processes and implement procedures of every business system of the electronic logistics.
