我国经济增长方式转变进程分析

Analysis on the Transformation of China＇s Economic Increasing Mode

转变经济增长方式，即从依靠生产要素数量扩张的粗放型经济增长，转变为依靠生产要素效率提高的集约型经济增长，根本上依赖于经济体制模式和发展模式的转变。新中国建立以来，我国经济增长方式转变已经历四个阶段：计划体制、工业化起步型阶段；由计划经济转向市场经济、生产结构调整型阶段；完善市场经济体制的规则、准备条件推动工业化全面加快的阶段；初步市场经济体制条件下全面推进工业化、城市化的阶段。

To change the economic increasing mode is to promote the economic growth depending on the using efficiency enhancement of production factors, and on the reforming of economic system mode and developing mode, and this kind of increasing way is also called the intensive economic growth. After the foundation of new China, the transforming the our economic increasing mode has experienced four phase, that are, the beginning of industrialization in the planned economy, the phase of production structure adjustment in the setting of transforming from planned economy to market one, the perfecting of market economic regulations and preparing conditions to promote the accelerating of industrialization, and the all-round advancing phase of industrialization and urbanization in the elementary market economy.
