The Indexes System of Controlling Foreign Investment Risk in China

控制模式可分为以下三种：单导模式、双导模式和多导模式。须建立具有中国特色的外资风险控制模式。在此基础上，建立中国利用外资风险控制指标体系的基本框架，通过对基础指标（国家）、城市（沿海开放城市）抗风险能力指标和企业易受伤害程度指标（行业）的监测，全面控制外资风险在中国的传导和扩散。

As to the control of foreign investment risk,there are the style of single conduction, the style of double conductions and the style of multiple conductions. Then, this paper raises a point that China should establish one with Chinese characteristic.Based on this idea, this article puts forward a system, which is consisted of 3 groups of indexes. They are, basic indexes, risk-resistant capability indexes of city and the liability indexes of enterprises to be hurt by foreign enterprises. On the basis of the above, this paper puts forward that China should control the foreign investment risk through the supervision of all the indexes.
