在民营企业制度变迁中，创业者的偏好将影响制度变迁的速度和方向，创业者倾向于哪种制度安排，那么这种制度就越可能发生。而创业者偏好的差异主要源于个体的差异，这种个体差异的外在衡量主要是创业者对控制权的态度以及创业者家族在企业所有权和控制权的结构。

This paper reveals that founder＇s preference will influence the direction and speed of institution change of private business. The more founder approach given institution, the more this institution change will be occurred. We also found that difference of founder＇s preference origin from individual difference and this difference which we can find from founder attitude toward control right as well as ownership and control right structure of private business.
