隐性知识转化研究综述

A Review of Tacit Knowledge Conversion

近年来关于隐性知识转化的问题已经成为知识管理领域的研究重点。本文以隐性知识转化问题的提出、转化问题的探讨为主线,归纳梳理隐性知识转化的相关研究,指出目前研究取得的成果和存在的问题。最后,本文对隐性知识转化的研究作了展望。

Since knowledge has been considered as a core resource of economic organization, the externalization of tacit knowledge is becoming a hot issue. The paper makes a detailed review of the classification of knowledge, the conversion of tacit knowledge. Then some problems are presented in the end, which is confronted with the studies in knowledge management literature. Finally, a perspective is made for further study.
