This paper describes the characteristics of barker code as the group synchronization code and the principle of barker code identifier in digital communication systems. And adesign and analysis method of simulating barker code identifier is given, based on the dynamic communication system software SystemView. The simulation results have proven the feasibility and validity of the method.
