摘要
为建立同时测定食品中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2的高效液相色谱测定方法,将碾磨后的试样经乙腈+水溶液提取、过滤后,以MycoSepTM净化柱净化,吹干净化液后,加入正己烷和三氟乙酸溶液衍生,反相色谱柱测定。黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2能达到完全的基线分离,检出限分别为0.012、0.008、0.036和0.024μgkg,不同水平的加标回收率均达80%以上,RSD均小于3.0%。该方法快速、准确、灵敏,有利于试验者安全,能同时分离食品中黄曲霉毒素B1、B2、G1、G2。
To simultaneously determine Aflatoxin B1 , B2, G1 and G2 in foods and be safe to the operator, a rapid method was established. The milled food sample was extracted with acetonitrile/water, and filtrated, then the filtrated liquid was purified with MycoSepTM columns and dried by blowing. Then n-hexane and Trifluoroacetic acid (TFA) were added to the dried purified liquid, and determination by reversed-phase HPLC. Aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 could be completely separated at the same time, and the detection limits were 0.012, 0.008, 0.036 and 0.024 μg/kg respectively. The recovery rates of different spited levels for Aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 were more than 80 % , and the relative standard deviation (RSD) were less than 3.0%. The method was rapid, accurate, sensitive and safe for determining Aflatoxin B1, B2, G1 and G2 at the same time.
