窒息新生儿T细胞白细胞介素2受体水平变化32例分析

摘要 为探讨围产期缺氧对细胞免疫的影响,对32例窒息新生儿T淋巴细胞亚群和血清可溶性白细胞介素2受体(SIL-2R)水平进行检测。结果显示:窒息后新生儿CD3、CD4、CD8均明显降低,血清SIL-2R水平显著升高,约需4周左右时间恢复正常;CD3、CD4/CD8比值与血清SIL-2R水平呈直线负相关,而与Apgar评分呈正相关,并且窒息组新生儿感染性疾病患病率明显高于正常对照组。提示窒息新生儿细胞免疫功能明显受损,是易受感染的原因之一,血清SIL-2R水平增高与窒息患儿T细胞亚群紊乱关系密切。 In order to study the influence of hypoxia in perinatal period on cellular immunity,T cell subsets and serum soluble interleukin-2 receptor(SIL-2R) levels were assayed in 32 cases of asphyxia neonatorum. The results showed that CD3,CD4and CD8 cells decreased in number and serum SIl-2R levels increased. These parameters recovered in 4 weeks after the asphyxia. CD4 cells and ratio of CD4/CD8 cells had negative correlation with the serum SIL- 2R level, but they had positive correlation with Apgar score at the first minute after birth. The infective rate in the asphyxia group was higher than that in the control group. It is indicated that the function of cellular immunity in asphyxia neonatorum is significantly impaired. It may be one of the causes of infection in neonates. The increases in SIL-2R level are closely related to dysfunction of T cell subsets in asphyxia neonatorum.
