摘要
本文在分析了平顶山煤业(集团)有限责任公司十三矿副井提升机电控部分模拟调节系统存在缺点基础上,提出采用ASCS全数字调节系统进行技术改造。实践表明,全数字调节系统可靠性高、稳定性好,改造后的经济效益和社会效益都有所提高。
In this paper, on the basis of analyzing the disadvantages existed in the analogue modulation system of the electric control device for auxiliary shaft hoist at 13th coal mine of Pingdingshan Coal Industry (Group) Co.Ltd. , the technical reconstruction by using ASCS full digital modulation system is put forward. The full digital modulation system has high reliability and stability. The practice indicates that the economic and social benefits are gained after reconstruction.
